Refund Policy

At Mahsa Fitness Pro Inc., we aim to provide high-quality personal training and fitness services. Please review our refund policy carefully before making any purchases.

Non-Refundable Services:

  • One-on-One Personal Training Services: All payments made for personal training services are non-refundable. The refund and cancellation policies for one-on-one services are outlined in the contract signed by the client. Please refer to your contract for further details.
  • Personalized Workout Plans & Nutrition Coaching: Due to the custom nature of these services, they are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Online Courses and Digital Products: Access to digital products, including workout plans or nutrition guides, is non-refundable after purchase.

Installment Payments:

  • Clients who choose an installment payment plan must complete the full commitment of installments as agreed upon at the time of purchase. No cancellations or refunds will be provided for partially completed payment plans.

Exceptions:

Refunds may be considered in cases of exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Mahsa Fitness Pro Inc. If a refund is granted, the client will be responsible for any non-refundable processing fees charged by Stripe, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
